Description:

Swirl cut type high-gravity distillation column (also known as quick-loading centrifugal rectification tower) is a new and highly efficient mass transfer and separation equipment jointly developed by our company and provincial scientific research and design units. . The equipment has the advantages of small size, light weight, low investment, easy operation, safety, reliability, and flexibility, especially its small footprint and small space (1.5 meters high super gravity tower is equivalent to 15 meters high conventional packing type (Rectification tower), easy to start and stop, easy to install, many theoretical plates, and low reflux ratio (the number of theoretical plates per unit length is more than 5 to 10 times that of ordinary towers). of. The supergravity tower can also be operated under high vacuum conditions; the vacuum rectification separation of high boiling point fractions. Our company has also developed a continuous supergravity tower that can continuously extract the products of the separation under high vacuum (no equilibrium tank) Rectification device.


Working Principle:

Ordinary distillation columns (plate or packed towers) complete the heat and mass transfer between the vapor and liquid phases under the action of the earth's gravity field (that is, under the action of 1 g), thereby achieving the separation of product components. Because the flooding speed of the ordinary tower under the gravity field is small, generally within 1.5 1.6m / s, the vapor phase speed must be <the flooding speed, otherwise the flooding will occur, and the distillation operation cannot be carried out at that time, so that the tower The increase in internal vapor velocity is limited, and the enhancement of the two-phase vapor and liquid mass transfer is also limited; and the "swirl shear supergravity rectification device" uses a centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to achieve a supergravity field (10 ~ 1000g action The environment below), that is, the supergravity factor β (ω2r / g) usually reaches about 350 to 450. In this environment, the speed of the vapor and liquid phases is greatly increased, and the speed can reach 4-12m / s, thereby greatly increasing the flooding speed. The liquid in the tower is accelerated and thrown out when the rotor rotates at a high speed, and is sheared and torn into a liquid film, a liquid filament and a micrometer to nanometer level by the reverse high-speed rotating steam flow in the baffle flow channel between the rotor and the stator The droplets greatly enhance the heat and mass transfer process between the vapor and liquid phases, and make the mass transfer efficiency more than ten times higher than that of ordinary towers. The volume of equipment required for the same capacity is also greatly reduced (the height is reduced by 8 to 10 times), and the separation effect is also greatly improved (the number of theoretical plates per unit volume is greatly improved, and the height of the mass transfer unit is only about 1 cm).



Application:

Widely used in the recovery and product separation and purification of organic solvents such as ethanol, methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane, DMF, DMSO, toluene, isopropanol, tert-butanol, etc. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, fine chemical, biodiesel, environmental protection, and wine making.


Product Features:

Ø  The tower diameter is greatly reduced (under the same processing capacity)

Ø  The height of the tower is greatly reduced. Traditional towers generally have a height of> 10 meters, and the supergravity tower is only about 2 meters. This can greatly save the cost of civil construction, and can also be used in general workshops or laboratories.

Ø  Quick and convenient operation. It takes about 2 to 5 hours to drive the traditional tower to the top of the tower to reach the design components, while the balance of the super-gravity tower only takes about 30 minutes. At the same time, the cleaning of the super-gravity tower is convenient and fast, and it is easy to change the materials, which can realize the multi-use of one machine.

Ø  Energy saving is about 5 ~ 30%. The main reason is that the supergravity tower has a small volume, a relatively small backflow, a small liquid holding capacity, and little heat absorption and heat loss (although it takes a part of the energy to generate centrifugal force).

Ø  The tray efficiency is high, which is more than ten times that of the traditional tower, so it can be used for the production of products that require high separation accuracy. The tower can also be used for unit operations such as absorption, desorption, extractive distillation, and de-glowing.

Ø  Due to the small volume of the tower and no packing, the remaining material liquid is small, and the holding time is short, generally only 1 to 5 minutes, the heat-sensitive material will not volatilize or deteriorate in the tower, so it is particularly suitable for the rectification of heat-sensitive materials operating.

Ø  Because the number of theoretical plates in the tower is much higher than that of the ordinary tower, the separation capacity is strong, and the purity of the finished product is high; the concentration of the material in the discharged wastewater can reach less than 0.5%.

Ø  Easy maintenance and low cost. The ordinary packing tower needs to be repaired once every six months, and the packing needs to be cleaned every year, which is time-consuming and laborious. However, the super-gravity tower only needs to replace the machine seal ring every six months.


Distillation device for conventional glycol tower

Ø  Scope of application: Recovery and concentration of low-concentration methanol, ethanol, acetone and other solvents.

Ø  Process characteristics: continuous recovery process, the recovery rate is greater than 95%, the content of waste liquid in the bottom of the tower is low, the product concentration is stable, the distillation efficiency is high, the operating cost is low, and the investment is low.

Three high boiling point solvent negative pressure rectification device

Ø  Scope of application: It is suitable for the recovery and concentration of N, N-2 methylformamide (DMF), N, N dimethylacetamide DMAC, toluene and other high-boiling solvents.

Ø  Process characteristics: continuous negative pressure distillation process, high concentration of recovered products, stable quality, and low content of waste liquid. The negative pressure operation consumes less steam, the recovery rate is high, and the benefit is remarkable.

Four anhydrous alcohol rectification device

Ø  Scope of application: recovery and concentration of isopropyl alcohol, acetic acid and other solvents that can azeotrope with water.

Ø  Process characteristics: intermittent or continuous extraction process, after recovery, the product has high purity, low water content, high yield of finished products, low waste exhaustion rate, low energy consumption, recycling of extractant, low consumption, relatively low operating cost low.
