Working Principle:

Ø  The wet material is continuously fed from the feeder to the first round drying tray on the upper part of the dryer. The rake arm with the rake blade makes a rotary motion to continuously turn over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying tray along the exponential spiral line. The material on the small drying tray is moved to the outer edge, then falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray below. On the large drying tray, the material moves inward and falls from the middle feed falling hole into a small drying tray below. The small and large drying trays are arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can continuously flow through the entire dryer.

Ø  A heating medium is introduced into the hollow round drying tray. The heating medium is in the form of saturated steam, hot water, and thermal oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and exits from another end. The dried material falls from the last layer of the drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake leaves for discharge. Moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the moisture discharge port provided on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum-type disc dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump port provided on the top cover. The dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packed. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag filter, dry material remixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, the drying production capacity can be improved. Dry paste and heat-sensitive materials can be easily recovered solvent, and can carry out pyrolysis and reaction operations.


Ø  Disc dryer is a highly efficient conductive continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small site area, simple configuration, convenient operation, and good operating environment. It is widely used in the drying operation of chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural by-product processing and other industries.

Ø  At present, we manufacture three types: normal pressure, airtight and vacuum; four specifications: 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000; three kinds of materials: A (carbon steel), B (uniform distributionof stainless steel in the part contacting materials), C (on the basis of B, stainless steel is added for steam pipeline, main shaft and bracket, and stainless steel is lined for cylinder and cover top). Drying area is 4 ~ 180m², a total of hundreds of models of series products, and can provide a variety of auxiliary equipment to meet the needs of users to dry various materials.

Ø  Easy control and strong applicability

1. By adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the speed of the main shaft, the number of rake arms, the type and size of the rake leaves, the drying process can be optimized.

2. Each layer of drying plate can be passed through hot or cold medium separately to heat or cool the material. The temperature control of the material is accurate and easy.

3. The residence time of materials can be adjusted accurately.

1. Atmospheric pressure type: Due to the low airflow speed in the equipment and the high and low humidity distribution in the equipment, the dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top moisture outlet almost contains no dust.

2. Closed type: equipped with a solvent recovery device, which can conveniently recover the organic solvent in the wet gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For flammable, explosive, toxic and oxidizable materials, nitrogen can be used as a moisture-carrying gas for closed-circuit circulation to make it safe for operation. Especially suitable for the drying of flammable, explosive and toxic materials.

3. Vacuum type: Disk dryer operating under vacuum, especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

1. The dryer is shipped as a whole and transported as a whole. It only needs to be hoisted in place, and the installation and positioning are very easy.

2. Due to the layered layout and vertical installation of the drying tray, even if the drying area is large, the floor space is also very small.

Technological Process:

Ø  Round drying tray

1. Design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, maximum up to 1.6MPa.

2. Maximum working pressure: generally ≤0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.

3. Heating medium: steam, hot water, heat conduction oil, drying plate temperature 100 ℃, hot water heating, 100 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, saturated steam or superheated steam ≤0.4MPa, 150 ℃ ~ 320 ℃, heat conduction Oil heating, when it is> 320 ℃, it can be heated by electricity, heat conduction oil, molten salt, etc.

Ø  Material delivery system

1. Spindle speed: 1 ~ 10 rpm, electromagnetic or frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.

2. Rake arm: There are 2 to 8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each drying tray.

3. Rake blade: articulated on the rake arm, can keep up and down with the surface of the disk to maintain contact, there are many forms.

4. Rolling: For materials that are easy to agglomerate and need to be crushed, adding rolling at an appropriate position can strengthen the heat transfer and drying process.

Ø  Shell

There are three types of normal pressure, airtight and vacuum

1. Atmospheric pressure type: Cylinder or octagonal prism type, there are two structures: integral and split. The heating medium inlet and outlet main pipes can be inside or outside the casing.

2. Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, the main pipe of heating medium inlet and outlet can be inside or outside the shell.

3. Vacuum type: Cylindrical shell, the design pressure is 0.1Mpa, the main pipeline of heating medium inlet and outlet is in the shell.

Ø Air heater

Generally used in the case of a large evaporation to enhance the drying efficiency.
