PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Description:

The heat of inner heating fluidized bed dryer system is simultaneously supplied by hot air heat sources (coal, fuel, gas, steam, electricity) and internal heating heat sources (steam, water, thermal oil). This fbd dryer composed of internal heating fluidized bed host machine, separation equipment (built-in bag filter, external cyclone separator + bag filter, external cyclone separator + water scrubber etc.), fan, control system. Can achieve continuous or intermittent operation. It is suitable for mass production of dry products.

 

Working Principle:

A certain amount of air enters the dryer after being filtered, dehumidified (optional) and heated. The wet material is evenly added to the first chamber of the fluidized bed (with an internal heating device and raking device) through the feeder, and is fully in contact with the hot air, and the material is directly heated by the built-in heater. After passing through the first chamber, the temperature of the material rises and is in a loose state, and finally reaches the drying requirement after passing through chamber by chamber. The exhaust gas with fine powder that has been in contact with the material, by virtue of the principle of volume expansion of the equipment, achieves the ideal settling speed of the fine powder in the drying chamber, thereby minimizing the fine powder content of the exhaust air. The exhaust gas finish the dust elimination through cyclone separator, then being washed by wet scrubber and discharged into air.


Product Features:

Ø  High heat transfer intensity and high thermal efficiency. The rake dispersing device can break up the materials that are easy to stick together.

Ø  Internal heating device can make the material heat up quickly, reduce the total air volume, and reduce the power consumption.

Ø  The feeding amount can be adjusted automatically according to the temperature change in the fluidized bed for continuous production.

Ø  The system adopts multi-level dust removal, which improves the product availability and reduces the material loss.

Ø  Adopt a built-in cooler and use cold air to cool materials at the same time, simplifying the process.

Ø  Adopt special air distribution plate, which not only pushes the material forward, but also does not miss the material.

Ø  Wide range of application, can be used for material drying, also can be used for material cooling.


Application:

Ø  Inorganic substances: sodium perborate, potassium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, sodium sulfate, potassium nitrate, soda ash, refined salt, sodium chlorate, Yuanming powder.

Ø  Organic matter: adipic acid.

Ø  High molecular polymer: polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin.

Ø  Food and feed additives: L-lysine salt.

Ø  Pesticide: glyphosate.

Ø  Chemical additives: sodium percarbonate.

Note:   The water evaporation is connected with the inlet air temperature. The inlet   air temperature and the drying time should be deceided by the material   characteristics.
