Working Principle:
It is a gas-liquid two-phase co-current drying equipment. It uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to atomize the feed liquid into fine droplets and mix it with the hot air distributed by the distributor in the drying tower, quickly exchange heat and mass, and dry into a powder product in a very short time. Production control and product quality control are convenient and reliable, and are widely used in the dry production of different types of liquid materials.

Ø Different kinds of solutions, suspensions, emulsions and paste-like materials can realize one-time continuous drying production.
Ø The spray drying fog moment and droplet particle diameter can be adjusted slightly.
Ø The distribution of hot air is reasonable, eliminating the phenomenon of ceiling and sticking.
Ø Suitable for drying heat-sensitive and non-heat-sensitive materials at the same time, the product particles are finer than the pressure spray drying products.

Ø Inorganic materials: aluminum nitride, zirconium dioxide, potassium fluoride, bentonite, kaolin, barium sulfate, diamond sulfate, sodium aluminate, chromium oxide, titanium dioxide.
Ø High molecular polymer: urea-formaldehyde resin, PVC.
Ø Dye: Disperse red FB, reactive dyes, etc.
Ø Chemical additives: white carbon black, diatomaceous earth, sodium aluminosilicate, calcium calcium, sodium lignosulfonate, naphthalene water reducing agent.
Ø Pesticide: Carbendazim hydrochloride wettable powder.
Ø Food and feed additives: casein phosphopeptide, potassium sorbate, fish slurry.
Ø Fertilizer: potassium humate and sodium.
