PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Working Principle:

A high-pressure pump is used to atomize the feed liquid through the nozzle. The droplets are mixed with the hot air that enters the drying tower after being adjusted by the hot air distributor to carry out rapid heat and mass transfer, and dry into a granular product in a very short time. According to the different atomization pressure, it is divided into high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure spray dryers, and according to the different flow fields, it is divided into cocurrent, mixed flow and countercurrent spray dryers.

Ø  Fast drying speed, especially suitable for heat sensitive materials.

Ø  The obtained products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity and solubility, high product purity and good quality.

Ø  Wide range of application, hot air drying, granulation, cooling granulation, spray crystallization, spray reaction, etc.

Ø  It can be equipped with a fine powder return and agglomeration system to meet the user's requirements for the material particle size.

Ø  The operation is simple and stable, the control is convenient, and it is easy to realize automatic operation. The product particle size, bulk density, and moisture can be adjusted within a certain range.

Ø  Suitable for drying non-viscous and low-viscosity liquid materials.

Ø  Simple nozzle structure, easy to use and maintain.


Application:

Ø  Inorganic substances: cryolite, aluminum nitride, zirconium dioxide, manganese dioxide, potassium fluoride, kaolin, calcium silicate, ammonium phosphate, calcium chloride, titanium dioxide, chromium oxide.

Ø  High molecular polymer: PE, PVC.

Ø  Food and feed additives: tea powder, pure gum, soy protein isolate, amylase, compound amino acid, yeast powder, yeast extract, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, L-lysine salt, hemoglobin powder, Plasma protein powder.

Ø  Chemical additives: AcR, white carbon black, basic chromium sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate.

Ø  Pharmaceutical: protein powder.

Ø  Dye: Disperse dye, vat dye, sulfur black, acid lake blue A.

Ø  Fertilizer: urea.
