1. Product Overview:

Plasma protein is the main solid component in plasma, with a content of 60~80g/L. There are many types of plasma proteins and different functions. 2. Technology Principle:

Using a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the materials into a mist form, fully contact with the hot air to complete the instant drying, forming a drying device for powdered finished products. The air first passes through the primary and intermediate efficiency filters, is heated by the heater, and enters the air distributor on the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. Finished product. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

3. Technology Characteristic:

(1).The drying speed ^ is rapid. After spraying the material liquid, the surface area increases. In the high-temperature air flow, most of the water can be evaporated in a moment. The drying time is generally only about 5-40S.

(2).The temperature of the droplets during drying is not high, and the product quality is good. The temperature range used for spray drying. Even if high-temperature hot air is used, the exhaust temperature will not be very high. At the initial stage of drying, the temperature of the material does not exceed the wet bulb temperature of the surrounding hot air, which is especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

(3).The product has good dispersibility, fluidity and solubility. Since the drying process is completed in air, the product instinctively maintains a spherical shape similar to droplets and has good fluidity.

(4).Simplified production process and convenient operation and control. Spray is usually used to process solutions with a moisture content of 40%-90%, and can be dried into powder products at a time. Most products do not need to be crushed and screened after drying, which reduces the production process and simplifies the production process. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product are within a certain range, and can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, and the control is more convenient.
