Our company designs and produces two glucose production lines with an output of 8 tons per hour. A glucose production line with a current domestic investment production scale of 17.5 tons per hour was built for this client.
1. Product Overview:
Crystalline glucose can be divided into glucose monohydrate (C6H12O6.H2O) and anhydrous glucose (C6H12O6) according to different manufacturing processes. Crystalline glucose monohydrate is divided into food grade glucose and pharmaceutical glucose. Food grade glucose is mainly used in food processing industry and vegetable preservation industry. Glucose monohydrate can be made into sorbitol by hydrogenation. Pharmaceutical grade glucose monohydrate is mainly used as the raw material (auxiliary) for oral medicine. The further processing of crystalline glucose monohydrate can produce anhydrous glucose, which is mainly used in the manufacture of medical injections and infusions.
2. Engineering Overview:
The production line is a large-scale full-scale production line integrating dehumidification, drying, receiving, conveying, cooling, screening, silo storage, and finished product packaging system.
