1. Product Overview:

Egg powder refers to the dried egg products made from fresh eggs after beating, separating, filtering, homogenizing, pasteurizing and spray drying. Egg powder is rich in nutrients, high in calorific value, and full-price protein. Its nutritional content is compatible with human needs, so it is known as the ideal tonic for humans.

The special spray drying equipment for egg powder produced by our company is a widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. It is suitable for generating powdery and granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and plastic paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet the ^ standard, spray drying is an ideal process.

2. Technology Principle:

After filtering and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape evenly. The feed liquid is (rotated) sprayed into very fine mist-like liquid beads through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and can be dried into a finished product in a very short time in parallel flow contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan.

The working principle of the atomizer: when the feed liquid is fed into the feed tube of the atomizer, after one or two feed liquid distribution, it is quickly sent to the high-speed rotating atomizing plate. Due to the centrifugal force, the feed liquid is the surface of the rotating atomizing disk stretches into a thin film and moves toward the edge of the disk at an increasing speed. When it leaves the edge of the disk, the material liquid is atomized, and there are drops, filaments and membranes splitting. This type of splitting is mainly related to factors such as the atomizer's rotational speed, feed rate, material liquid properties, and the shape and diameter of the atomizing disk. The droplet size mainly depends on the circumferential speed of the atomizing disk.

3. Technology Characteristic:

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after being atomized by the high-speed centrifugal atomizer. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant. The drying time is only a few seconds, which is especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials drying.

The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, with high purity and good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. For liquids with a moisture content of 40-60% (special materials up to 90%) can be dried into powder products at a time. After drying, there is no need for crushing and screening, reducing production processes and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture of the product can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the operating conditions. It is convenient to control and manage.
