1. Product Overview:

2. Technology Overview:

Battery material spray drying equipment is a drying process that obtains powder and granular products by dispersing the raw materials into mist droplets using a nebulizer and directly contacting the mist droplets with hot air (or other gas). After filtering and heating, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The droplets are in contact with the hot air, mixing and flowing to carry out heat and mass transfer at the same time, and can be dried to a finished product in a very short time. The flow direction of mist droplets and hot air are cocurrent, countercurrent and mixed flow. The temperature distribution inside, the trajectory of the fog point (or particles), the residence time of the particles in the drying tower and the product properties all have a great influence.

3. Technology Principle:

The battery material high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is used for the dry production of water-soluble liquid materials for lithium battery lithium iron phosphate cathode materials. The high-speed centrifugal spray atomization technology is used to achieve continuous drying production while achieving uniform particle size, compact structure and good fluidity. The microspherical particles, to a large extent, high-speed centrifugal atomization technology, can effectively improve or increase the packing density of the positive electrode material lithium iron phosphate, so that its monomer particles can reach 3 ~ 5um and the moisture content of the finished product is 0.5% Quality requirements, the application of magnetic filtration technology to effectively avoid the incorporation of iron ion impurities in the production process, to achieve the purpose of material purity, and to maintain the conductivity of the cathode material. The recycling of waste heat gas can also achieve the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reducing production, in line with the transformation of energy-saving and emission-reducing and low-carbon production methods advocated by the state. In order to maintain production safety, this machine adopts pulse dust removal and cooling protection technology, under the intelligent control operation, to achieve cooling protection safety interlock.
