(1). Project Overview

The catalyst is an important variety in the chemical industry and has a wide range of uses. The production of catalysts requires high technical indicators from granulation, drying, calcination, etc. According to the characteristics of the industry, our company has engaged in extensive discussions and technical discussions with Sinopec for many years. Successfully developed a variety of special-purpose drying devices for the production of catalysts, which can meet various production requirements and have been widely praised by users.

(2). Engineering advantages

(2.1)The processed material is a catalyst. The temperature of the material before and after drying can be different. The temperature can be increased in stages, and the operating temperature of each unit can be independently controlled. The actual operation can be adjusted according to the drying conditions of the materials.

(2.2)Each drying unit uses a combination of hot air circulation, fresh air supplement, and humid air discharge to reduce energy consumption.

(2.3)In order to facilitate the timely detection of the materials on the mesh belt, each drying unit has two observation sampling ports.

(2.4)The width of the mesh belt is large, so it is necessary to pay attention to the distribution of hot air to ensure stable product quality. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the hot air can completely pass through the material to prevent air leakage.

(2.5)Both sides of the mesh belt are equipped with movable material baffles to prevent the material from rolling down. In order to increase the strength of the mesh belt, a double-layer mesh is used. The thick wire is used as the load-bearing layer below, and the thin wire is used as the stacked material layer above. That is, the upper mesh size of the mesh belt is ≯24 mesh (diameter less than 1.0mm), and the lower mesh is 8 mesh;

(2.6)In order to improve the drying effect, the system uses a large air volume centrifugal fan as the hot air circulation fan, which can increase the wind speed of the hot air passing through the material layer and increase the drying rate.
